Ritual to Dehar Agave

I'm in the process of writing a Wiccan-style ritual to Agave & its relationship to the element of Fire. Falling short on resources other than references to Agave in the Wraeththu books. Any additional resources, inspiration, etc is most welcome.

So I'm wondering why it's painful for Wraeththu, even to the point of having to get stiched up. Maybe not for the higher castes? Or have I missed something. I've been totally entranced by the Wraeththu books ever since they first emerged on the scene.

Just got my UK edition copy in the mail direct from Immanion Press (Storm's self-publishing house < http://www.immanionpress.wox.org/>). I'm so jazzed to read this book!

Though I'd let you all know if you want to get the jump on the US Edition and support Sorm directly as a self-published writer.

Strom & crew are currently in Germany, I believe, participating in a Wraeththu LARP (Live Action Role Play)...kinky, no doubt! There have been numerous promised of pics to come - a la the pics of "Panthera" in the photo album of this tribe, one supposes/hopes. Interesting, very interesting (twiddles fingers together in fine Montgomery Burns style)...especially for those of you who were talking movie...

So I read it first like 5 years ago, and my bf read it like 7 years ago, and now we are reading it out loud to each other (what fun!) And we have some questions we've been asking...maybe you all can help...
Is Pellaz a power bottom?
Are the Varrs Americans?
From L.A.?
Why such a male centric book about androgyny?
What percentage of incepted Hars were gay before their inception?
Should they share their Har-ness with women?

I often wonder which part of Storm he comes from. Is he her secret desire in an untouchable form? He so resembles the Peverel Othman from the Grigori Trilogy, you have to wonder how long this seductive creature has existed in her psyche.
